Our Managing Partner Neil Sugarman is an appointed member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, a Fellow and Executive Committee member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) for whom he lectures on a regular basis, and an APIL Brain Injury Accredited Layer.

Neil is also an author on Criminal Injuries Compensation in legal textbooks and an Updating Editor to a legal service on personal injury law. He gained a commendation for his work in children’s claims in the UNICEF Child Rights Lawyer Awards 2001, and provides training for local authorities and charities that support victims of crime. He is a delegate to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority Policy and Equality Forum.
